I am Saad Ghori
I’m Saad, the person behind LapyCare. For me, laptop repair is not just about fixing a device, it’s about understanding the problem properly, finding the right solution, and making sure the customer knows exactly what is being done. I wanted to build a repair service where technical expertise goes hand in hand with honesty, transparency, and genuine care for every device that comes through our hands. That is why at LapyCare, we follow a simple promise: No Repair, No Charge.
Over time, LapyCare has grown with a clear purpose, to provide reliable laptop repair without unnecessary confusion, hidden costs, or pressure to replace parts. From chip-level motherboard repairs and charging issues to liquid damage, display problems, and other complex faults, we focus on accurate diagnosis and quality workmanship. If we cannot repair your laptop, you don’t pay for the repair. I believe customers deserve an honest diagnosis, a clear explanation, and a repair service they can trust, and that is the standard I want LapyCare to be known for.

I Specialize in Chip-Level Laptop Motherboard Repairs
At LapyCare, we believe a laptop should never be declared “dead” before it has been properly diagnosed. Many problems that appear serious can often be repaired with the right technical knowledge and a careful approach. That is why we focus on accurate diagnosis and professional repair rather than simply recommending an expensive replacement.
Our approach is built around transparency. We explain the actual problem, discuss the possible solution, and keep the customer informed before moving forward with the repair. Whether it is a motherboard fault, charging issue, liquid damage, display problem, or a complex chip-level repair, our goal is to find the most practical solution for the device, not to add unnecessary costs.
And our promise is simple: No Repair, No Charge. If we cannot successfully repair your laptop, you don’t pay for the repair. It is our way of putting our work behind our words and giving customers the confidence to bring their devices to LapyCare without worrying about unnecessary charges.

An Engineer by Education, a Problem-Solver by Mindset
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Power Electronics, which gave me a strong technical foundation in engineering, electronics, and analytical problem-solving. My academic journey taught me to approach challenges logically, understand how systems work, and look for practical solutions rather than quick fixes.
My engineering background has played an important role in shaping the way I work today. It has developed my attention to detail, technical understanding, and ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions. These qualities continue to influence the way I approach every project and challenge in my professional journey.
For me, being an engineer is not limited to holding a degree. It represents a mindset built around learning, analysing, improving, and solving problems. I carry that mindset into my professional work, combining technical knowledge with creativity and practical thinking to create solutions that are useful, effective, and built with purpose.
